Tata Consultancy Services or TCS is large company with integrated portfolios on the domain of information technology. These portfolios include BPO, Infrastructure, information technology, and engineering quality assurance services across the globe. Now, it has announced that they are going to acquire CRL cloud hosting startup of India, headquartered in Pune, India. This was announced on Thursday August 16, 2012; in the statement it was said that the deal was finalized for $34 million.
