India failed: Health Alert For 400,000 In India's Riot-Hit Northeast

Doctors at the relief camps housing victims of the communal strife are working hard to ensure that there is no outbreak of epidemics. Some 250 physicians were working "round-the clock" to head off any outbreaks of sickness in the camps where approximately 400,000 people have taken shelter.
